Microwaved Eggs (1580 Watt)

  1. Pre grease the poacher well with butter or oil.
  2. Crack the egg into the poacher.
  3. Puncture egg yolk with a sharpe knife.
  4. Pour half a teaspoon of water onto the egg.
  5. Now put the poacher in the microwave and cover it.
  6. Cook for 30-40 seconds on high (The egg may pop a little).
  7. Remove poacher from the microwave and gently massage the poacher so the egg slides out. If you have difficulty then run a spoon around the edge of the egg and it’ll pop out with ease. Please be careful whilst doing this as the egg will be hot.

30 seconds on high will give you a runny yolk and 40 seconds on high will give you a solid yolk. Depending on how you like your eggs cooked, you can cook them somewhere between 30-40 seconds. Results may vary depending on your microwave oven and it’s wattage.

Cleaning Instructions

  1. Clean poachers by turning them inside out and washing with soapy water.
  2. These egg poachers are dishwasher safe
